About the manufacturer — Sparcs

Sparcs is a line of tobacco-free flavored spheres made by Al Fakher (UAE) — not a standalone tobacco but an additive for a hookah bowl mix. The composition is glycerin with flavoring; the spheres are added to the bowl in quantities of 10-25 before or during smoking. The line launched with 7 flavors.
