About the manufacturer — Хулиган

A Russian tobacco brand from Krasnodar, founded by a blogger known as Nuahule. The tobacco is made from a blend of Virginia, Burley and cigar leaf with Japanese-origin flavorings, packaged in 25 g and 200 g. The catalog's distinctive trait is short code names for flavors, with the actual flavor profile disclosed by retailers; the "Hard" line largely mirrors the "Standard" line's flavors with a Hard prefix.
