Dogma is a Russian hookah tobacco brand from Izhevsk (Udmurtia), built around cigar tobacco leaf. Since 2023 the '100% Cigar Punk' line has been made from 100% cigar leaf sourced from the Dominican Republic, Indonesia and Cameroon; from 2019 to 2022 the brand used a blend of 47% cigar leaf and 53% Virginia Gold tobacco. A separate 'Cigar Single Origin' line consists of unflavored tobaccos made from a single cigar-leaf varietal, with the packaging listing the region of origin, strength, harvest year and aging period.
